Education

Religious Education

Our youth from Preschool to High School meet most Sundays during the school year to be instructed in the Orthodox faith by wonderful and enthusiastic teachers.

The curriculum emphasizes the importance of living our Orthodox Christian faith daily and our program encourages participation in all aspects of Church life. Our curriculum is designed to layer upon itself so the understanding of the teachings and traditions are always being deepened. Our greatest hope is that the children grow to love our Church and begin a lifelong relationship with our Lord.

If you haven't registered your child and would like to do so, or if you need more information, please contact Art Smith Jr, the Religious Education director at asmith@goholycross.org, or the Church office at 650-591-4447.

Our Religious Education classroom instruction is held during the school year on Sundays immediately following Holy Communion. Please register your children in advance.
